Corn Casserole

OVEN 350

1 can creamed corn

1 can regular corn (drained)

2 boxes of corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)

1 cup sour cream

½ cup melted butter

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased casserole dish or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Knife should come out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

**If you would like to add cheese on top, pull out of the oven at 45 minutes, add cheese, and return to finish cooking.
