½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup cilantro
1 cup frozen corn
4 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack is good)
8 oz. roasted turkey breast, sliced thin
1 can green chilies
6 flour tortillas
½ tsp. black pepper
2 cups milk
4 eggs
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Line pan with tortillas, tearing them to fit. Layer over the tortillas in this order:
Green chilies
Sliced turkey
Shredded cheese
Corn
Black olives
Cilantro
In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and pepper. Pour over layers. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
